How an order becomes accepted

Order submission proposes a purchase rather than guaranteeing it. Acceptance can depend on inventory, correct customer details, payment authorization, pricing, taxes, risk review and the shipping services available at checkout.

Returns, exchanges and rights

Both defective and non-defective new goods can be reviewed, and exchanges are accepted for consideration. Non-faulty goods must remain new, unused and in original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, receive approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel and pay no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund within 10 days; provider posting is separate. Full steps are in the Refund Policy.
